How I Unlocked the Scale

Former pro wrestler · Down 175 lbs · NYC Half Marathon finisher

I weighed 473 pounds and tried everything. Then I found the real reason the scale wouldn't move, and everything got easier.

Dan Turner before and after losing 175 pounds

On November 22nd, I'll show you exactly what that is and how you can use it, whether you need to lose 5 pounds or 100. It's the exact method I used to get down 175.

Doing everything right, and the scale won't move?

You eat better than you used to. You've tried cutting carbs, counting calories, skipping meals, the gym, the apps. Maybe it worked for a few weeks. Then it stopped.

And after 40, it feels harder every year. Less energy in the afternoon. Clothes getting tighter. Coffee to start the day, something to wind down at night.

Here's what I want you to know: it's probably not willpower. And it's not just your age.

My story

I spent 12 years touring as a pro wrestler. I know discipline.

When I stopped touring and got into the business world, my health got away from me. Long hours, dealing with stress, eating on the run. Sound familiar?

Dan Turner at 473 pounds

473 pounds, 7,000 units of insulin a month

I ended up at 473 pounds, taking 7,000 units of insulin a month, trying every diet out there. None of them stuck, because I was fighting the wrong problem.

Once I found out the real reason the scale wouldn't move, everything changed. I lost 123 pounds in my first 13 months. Today I'm down 175 and off the insulin.

I didn't do it with a crash diet, and I didn't do it by living in the gym. I did it with a simple method I still use every day, and I've been teaching it to busy professionals ever since.

Imagine what changes when the weight comes off

Losing weight was never just about the number on the scale for me. It changed everything else.

When I got my health back, I took a business ranked #43 in the nation to the top 20 in one year. Over the past 3 years, I've helped generate more than $30 million in net profit for the businesses I've worked with. Every one of those turnarounds started the same way: changing how the leadership team thinks. It's the same thing I'll teach you about your health. Change the mindset, and the results follow. Your health and your career aren't separate. When one gets stronger, so does the other.

This is for you if:

  • You're 40+ and working, with a full schedule
  • You've lost weight before and watched it come back
  • You want your energy and focus back, not just a smaller number
  • You're done guessing and want a plan that fits a real life

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for a pill, a shake, or a 7-day fix
  • You're not willing to change anything

Questions

What time is it?

Sunday, November 22, 3:30 PM Pacific / 6:30 PM Eastern. About 90 minutes.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. Everyone gets the replay.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Just Zoom and something to take notes on.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

So had I, at 473 pounds. The difference was finding the real reason the scale was stuck. That's what I'll show you.

What makes you different from my current dietitian?

If your dietitian hasn't lost 175 pounds, gotten off 7,000 units of insulin a month, and run the New York City Half Marathon this year, that's probably what makes me different. I don't just teach this. I live it every day.

What if it's not for me?

Show up live and stay for the full 90 minutes. If you don't feel it was worth far more than $47, email me within 24 hours and I'll refund every penny.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is education based on my personal experience and on coaching many clients to results of their own. Talk to your doctor before changing any medications.
